Male or Female - Everyone wishes to have a body to flaunt. A toned upper body, perfect facial cut, shaped thighs (uh hello tanned too..) and most importantly to fit into those jaw-dropping, skin-kissing dresses that are so fabulously hung over a mannequin that doesn't even do justice to the dress. Now don't start to think I'm all into outer beauty. I also do believe whats good inside is better than what's outside. So shall we talk about that too? I mean one can go on and on over the benefit of being healthy and what dramatic and drastic effects it can have on one's life. Feeling good about yourself every morning just by looking in the mirror can be a huge achievement. Cutting down that medical bill expense which otherwise will go into getting supplements is another satisfaction. When you enjoy that walk in the park for several hours just to relax and not for counting steps on your smartwatch, that is where everyone wants to be. What I'm trying to picture here is being fit is not only a physical deal but comes with a lot of mental peace. Get all these with Intermittent Fasting....then Feasting to your mouthful of tour favorite dishes - Not to compromise any - Just Decode the Lean Code!
