Seven Drinks isn't like other bar books before it. Instead of focusing on histories, ingredients, chemistry, and drink proportions, this little handbook focusses on the often-overlooked dimension that gives life to a bar and the drinks it serves: intimate interactions between bartenders and guests that invite intrigue and amusement into the room.

Inspired by collections of event scores by such artists as George Brecht and Yoko Ono, Seven Drinks is a conceptual piece meant to fan introspection and imagination in the reader while serving as a fully functional guide to presenting new ideas of service behind the bar.
