Caitlin Grey can't believe Gran is going through with her plan! Who cares if it's a family tradition to attend a Charter Oaks School for Girls. This one is in Gortnamora, a windswept island off the west coast of Ireland. Caitlin only agrees to go when Gran mentions that, according to ancient legend, the well in the school's courtyard is magical, and grants wishes...but only under a blue moon. Caitlin reluctantly travels to Gortnamora, intent on just one thing: quickly wishing herself back home!




But a nosy reporter for the school newspaper, Emerald Easterly and a no-fun Head Mistress have other plans for Caitlin, and the wishing well. Racing against time, Caitlin must discover the secret that will unleash the well's power, all before the blue moon rises.
