Thank you so much for your support of Scenes and monologues for actors and actresses. I am delighted that you've chosen our vignettes and excerpts of dramatic collections. They've been tried and true entertainment with many audiences, insightful critics and provoked barrels of laughs. Our stories are a bit lengthier than most scene and monologues literature because we hope to challenge the developing actor with substance and exercise to strengthen their growth and levels of concentration. In some of the literature, you will find suggested dialogue and some strong language to capture the pattern of the character's rhythm and tone. However, feel free to adjust it to your liking. We encourage any and all ethnic groups and cultures to indulge their curiosity and thirst for change and difference in these pieces. In my experience as a drama student, trained actor and director, I have desperately looked for scenes and monologues such as these. I hope you find the same fulfillment.
